Episode 01: Identity and the call to becoming more fully yourself
What Happens When Your Heart Becomes More Important Than Your Fear?
In this first episode of Curious by Nature, I explore identity and the roles we can build around the parts of ourselves that are valued and rewarded. What happens when those roles become part of who we believe we are, and what becomes possible when we begin to question them and listen to the deeper call of our heart?
Framed within the context of a collective 18-month evolutionary cycle that we're all moving through (July 2026 – March 2028), I open up space to get curious about the calls that move through our lives, the choices we make in response to them, and the stories we can see differently when we look back.
I share a little of my own story and the evolutionary threads I've begun to recognise running through it, inviting you to do the same — to look back at some of the significant dates mentioned in the episode and to get curious about the patterns and threads that may have been unfolding all along.
