💛 A Note about The Roots of This Offering

 

The foundations of my work, and my life, are built around rest, movement, nourishment, and presence.


The practices in the mini-retreat pack also reflect the seasonal and cyclical approach I share in my classes, retreats, and memberships.

 

I teach seasonal yoga — a practice rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine and the Five Element system: Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal, and Water.   These elemental energies shape the seasonal rhythm of the year and offer a framework for understanding our own inner cycles, needs, and well-being.

When we live in rhythm with the seasons, we begin to shift how we move, rest, and care for ourselves, and over time, this way of living helps us feel more resourced and better able to meet what life is asking of us.

 

The Earth element, in particular, brings us grounding, stability, nourishment, and a steadying presence we can rely on.

Whether we're in a seasonal or life transition, or simply feeling scattered or stretched, Earth is the element that helps us to land.

Again and again, I’ve found it offers the most steady, stabilising medicine for these times— a powerful ally for finding centre in a fast-moving world.

I hope this retreat offers you a grounded return to body, breath, presence, and nourishment.
