Welcome to the Rest Section
I really hope this is a section that you take advantage of because many of us are not resting enough. As well as sleep, taking time to rest and relax is vital to all aspects of your health and an important tool for combating and managing everyday stress.
Unwind with the different practices I have included for you here. There is a little description on yoga nidra below as I plan to upload a few of these practices, but you will also find other guided meditations and yoga practices.
Yoga nidra: Yoga nidra is easy to do and promotes deep rest and relaxation and is referred to as yogic sleep. It can help to address physical and emotional challenges, lower stress hormones, heart rate, and blood pressure while also quieting the mind. This practice is done laying down and you can be either on your bed or on your yoga mat.
