Why Live Seasonally?
By tuning into the natural rhythms of the seasons, we align our self-care and personal growth with the world around us.

Seasonal living helps us make the most of the time we have here in a way that is present, anchored and grounded.

Each season mirrors different facets of our lives and personalities, offering unique opportunities for self-discovery, renewal and growth

The approach I teach is deeply rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine's Five Element Theory, which links natural elements found in nature: wood, fire, earth, metal, and water to a corresponding season.

In Traditional Chinese Medicine there is the addition of a 5th season; Late Summer represented by the Earth Element.
Each season/element mirrors different facets of our health, lives and personalities, offering unique opportunities for self-discovery, regeneration, and growth:
Living with the Seasons

For thousands of years, humans lived in rhythm with the turning of the seasons and the movements of the stars.
The land, the moon, and the skies were our teachers and timekeepers, guiding when to sow, when to rest, when to gather, and when to release.
Over time, that natural attunement faded. Modern life asks us to move in straight lines — constant, productive, disconnected from nature’s pulse.
Yet somewhere inside, our bodies and hearts still remember.
Traditions like Chinese Medicine and astrology remind us that true harmony comes from alignment — with the cycles within and around us.

When we move in rhythm with the seasons and the cosmos, life begins to feel less like something to control, and more like something to dance with.

The Way Home

Your body already holds the map — the rhythm of the seasons, and the cosmic imprint of your birth chart.

When you root into the energy of the Earth and activate the wisdom of your stars, you come back into flow.

This is what I teach.

Movement, seasonal living, and astrology come together as tools of remembrance, helping you ground, align, and rise.
