Episode 2: Standing Apart - What Becomes Possible When We See Differently?

Following on from Episode 1, where we explored how our sense of identity can become shaped by what is valued and validated in us, this episode turns towards individuality, belonging and our willingness to see things differently.

I explore what can happen when we step far enough outside the familiar to question some of the assumptions, expectations and structures we've come to accept as simply normal, and begin to imagine what else might be possible.

In episode 2, we also get curious about the difference between rebellion for its own sake and standing apart with intention. Whether we're conforming to what's expected of us or automatically pushing against it, the outside world can still become the thing we organise ourselves around.

So, how do we stand for what matters to us, whilst staying connected to others?
