Episode 8: The Many Layers of Letting Go

Autumn is a season we often associate with letting go.  We see it reflected in the falling leaves, the changing landscape and the gradual drawing inward of the natural world.

Letting go is a familiar phrase, but I wonder how often we stop to consider what it really means because our relationship with it is rarely straightforward.

In fact, when we really begin to examine it, we might discover just how complex our relationship with it can be.

In this episode of Curious by Nature, I'm taking a deeper look at the many layers of letting go, exploring our attachments, our need for security and control, and the ways we navigate change and uncertainty.

Along the way, we'll explore how our habitual ways of thinking shape our experiences, and what the cycles of nature might teach us about change, along with the rich symbolism of Scorpio, with its themes of emotional depth, vulnerability and transformation.

Through it all, I'm inviting us to become a little more curious about our own relationship with holding on and letting go, and what we might discover when we look beneath the surface of it.
