Running your own business asks you to wear a lot of hats: content creator, administrator, bookkeeper, strategist and salesperson, alongside doing the work you actually went into business to do. There is a time for everything in our business, but not everything needs our attention at the same time. The Aligned Business Year is an opportunity to step away from the day-to-day and look at the bigger picture. Through reflection, practical planning and astrology, we'll explore where your business is now, what you want to develop and how you want to shape 2027. We'll begin with the collective astrological landscape of the year, then turn towards you. You'll map your business ecosystem, reflect on your strengths and challenges, and consider how you work best. Whether you thrive on routine or move through changing periods of creativity and rest, understanding your rhythms can help you work with them rather than against them. We'll also explore your personal astrology. As the Sun moves through the zodiac, each astrological season brings different areas of your birth chart into focus, offering a way to consider where you might want to place your attention throughout the year, from visibility, creativity and communication to finances, systems, collaboration, learning or rest. Your chart won't tell you how to run your business; instead, it’s another lens through which to make conscious choices about your time, energy and priorities. Throughout the day, you'll bring these insights together into your own Aligned Business Year map for 2027, with a guiding intention to return to as the year unfolds. We'll gather in a small group at Roade House in Northamptonshire, on Thursday 7 January, 10am–4.30pm, with lunch and refreshments included, and space to think, plan and share experiences with other business owners. A note about preparing your birth chart: To accurately map the zodiac seasons through the different houses of your birth chart, I'll need your date, place, and an accurate time of birth. If you don't know your birth time, don't worry! We can still explore your personal astrology using the information available from your birth date. We'll simply take a slightly different approach to creating your business-year map. Use your astrology to shape a more intentional year in business.
