Rested & Rooted: A Nervous System Reset for Deep Rest and Inner Stability Originally offered live in January 2026, Rested & Rooted is a four-part immersion designed to help you regulate your nervous system, restore your energy, and reconnect with a sense of steadiness within yourself. Many of us live in subtle activation, holding responsibility, navigating overstimulation, rarely fully settling. Even in stillness, the body can remain braced. This programme offers another way. What it’s About: Rested & Rooted cultivates inner safety and nervous system regulation. When your system feels supported: • You respond rather than react. • You feel clearer about what is yours to carry. • You trust yourself more deeply. • Your yes and no become clearer. Across four sessions, we explore gentle practices that calm the stress response and restore the body’s capacity for rest and repair. How We Do It: Each session moves through breath and somatic regulation, self-touch and subtle energy practices, gentle floor-based movement, and ends with Yoga Nidra for deep integration. Two bonus sessions explore the vagus nerve, helping you understand how to consciously support your nervous system. Each of the four sessions is 75 minutes, and the bonus recordings are approximately 40 minutes long. Why It Matters: When you feel rested and rooted, boundaries strengthen, your decision-making increases, and you are better able to stop self-abandoning. This is an invitation to soften, rebuild steadiness, and move through life from grounded presence rather than vigilance.
