Service Description

Hands up, fellow book lovers 🙋‍♀️ And… hands up if you’ve got a pile of half-read self-help books gathering dust. Same here. This isn’t a race to finish another book. It’s a spacious, seasonal circle, a chance to live what we learn rather than rush through it. Each cycle follows the rhythm of the season, inviting reflection, conversation, and embodied integration. For this autumn–winter round, if you’re feeling weighed down — physically, mentally, or emotionally, and you’re ready to take inspired action toward a life that feels lighter and more aligned, you’re in the right place. 🍂 What You’ll Receive • Two live circles (90 mins each, via Zoom) — grounding, reflective conversation and a simple embodied practice. • Gentle “way markers” between sessions — short emails to keep you anchored through the holiday swirl. • A simple reading focus — no pressure to finish; just bring what moved you. • An intimate, supportive space — witness, be witnessed, and leave with clear, doable next steps. You don’t need to be a fast reader. This is about living the wisdom, not collecting it. 🕯️ How It Flows Bookings open: Sunday 2 November Bookings close: Sunday 9 November (one week only) Book title shared: Monday 10 November (It’s short, around 117 pages, and available in paperback or audio – currently on Amazon at £12 and £7.99 respectively.) Session 1 — Opening Circle: Monday 1 December, 7:30pm (UK) We’ll explore the first half of the book (around page 61), set intentions, and choose one or two release areas to work with. Between sessions: You’ll receive a few gentle check-ins by email: light prompts, tiny practices, and reminders to return to centre. Session 2 — Closing Circle: Monday 12 January, 7:30pm (UK) A chance to reflect, integrate, and honour what’s been released, and welcome the fresh energy of the year ahead. Nearly two months of slow unfolding — a steady thread of reflection from late autumn into the new year. 🌾 Who It’s For • Those who want depth over speed and resonance over hustle. • Anyone feeling cluttered in body, mind, or heart • Those who love learning but want help integrating (not just highlighting). 📖 A Hint About the Book We’ll be exploring the many sides of decluttering — not just your wardrobe, but your life. It’s about learning to travel lighter, inside and out. (Book title shared after sign-up.) Sessions are held online (Zoom).
