Summer of Self-Love (10 Classes)
A seasonal online journey of self-honouring and meaningful self-connection. 10 classes over 2 months
Service Description
Summer’s energy often pulls us outward, into doing more, making more plans, socialising, adventures, and trying to make the most of life. Whilst this can feel joyful and expansive, many of us know the flip side of it too. The overextending and pressure to make the most of everything slowly pulls us away from ourselves, leaving us tired, disconnected, and running on empty by the end of it all. Summer of Self-Love was created to help you move through summer in a calmer, centred, connected, and resourced way. Think of it as a space to reconnect with yourself in small but meaningful ways. Together, across the summer months, we’ll explore what it means to support ourselves emotionally, physically, mentally, and energetically through breathwork, gentle movement, nervous system support, rest, reflection, and self-kindness. The 10 sessions are designed around two powerful daily thresholds: the way we enter the day, and the way we soften out of it. One of the beautiful things about this journey is that it’s designed to support real life. All sessions will be recorded, so whether you join live or practice in your own time, you’ll be able to watch/return to the sessions in a way that feels spacious, supportive, and manageable for you. You may even find certain practices becoming part of your weekly rhythm throughout the summer.
