Service Description

Summer has a way of drawing us outwards into longer days, fuller diaries, more plans, more people, more to fit in and whilst there is so much joy to be found in the season, many of us also know the other side of summer! The overextending, the disrupted routines, and the tiredness that can gradually build up when we lose connection with ourselves. My morning series has been created as a way to meet the season differently. Starting with a special Summer Solstice opening session, we'll gather together to explore the importance of self-connection through the summer months and set some simple, personal intentions for the weeks ahead. From there, we’ll meet each Wednesday morning throughout July for a short, supportive practice designed to help you begin the day feeling grounded and spacious before the demands of the day arrive. Together, we'll explore a range of grounding breathwork practices alongside gentle movement and stretching, all designed to support your nervous system and help you cultivate a greater sense of steadiness and ease. How we begin our mornings can shape how we meet the hours ahead. These sessions are an invitation to carve out just thirty minutes for yourself, to breathe deeply, reconnect, and step into your day feeling a little more supported. The Series Includes: • Summer Solstice Opening Gathering (Sunday 21st June) A live online session exploring self-connection, self-love, and setting meaningful intentions for the season ahead. • 5 Live Morning Breathwork Classes Every Wednesday in July, 7.00–7.30am. Each class includes: o calming breathwork o gentle movement and stretching o nervous system support o seasonal inspiration o space to arrive in yourself before the day begins Live or In Your Own Time All sessions are recorded and yours to keep. Join live if it suits you, or enjoy the flexibility of returning to the practices whenever works best for your schedule. Many people find themselves revisiting favourite sessions throughout the summer and beyond. Investment: £30 (Includes the Summer Solstice opening session, five live morning classes, and ongoing access to all recordings.)
