Next Sessions: Sunday 16 November - 7-8 PM online - Zoom and Sunday 14th December 2025. Comes with a 14-Day Recording if you can't attend live. Rooted in Earth, Guided by Sky: For thousands of years, humans lived in rhythm with the turning of the seasons and the movements of the stars. These cycles were our teachers and timekeepers, guiding when to sow, when to rest, when to gather, and when to release. Our ancestors looked to the land, the moon, and the skies for direction and balance. This wasn’t just spiritual poetry — it was survival, a way of staying in right relationship with the forces that sustain life. In modern times, that innate attunement has faded. We’re pulled into constant motion, disconnected from nature’s pulse. Yet somewhere inside, our bodies and hearts still remember. Traditions like Chinese Medicine and astrology remind us that true wellbeing comes from alignment, with the seasons, the elements, and the greater cycles within and around us. The five elements and planetary movements offer a kind of energetic blueprint, showing us what each moment calls for: when to expand, when to rest, when to let go. When we take our cues from nature, we remember that nothing in life is static. The trees shed their leaves, the moon waxes and wanes, the tides rise and fall — and so do we. The more attuned we become to these rhythms, the more our energy steadies and life begins to feel less like something to control, and more like something to move with. About the Class Each month, we gather to explore the energies of the current season and the celestial influences shaping it. Utilising a mix of gentle chair-based movement, breathwork, and guided reflection, you’ll realign body, heart, and awareness with the wider cycles of life. This class offers a real sense of remembering what matters most, an opportunity to slow down, reconnect, and restore the natural clarity that often hides beneath the noise of everyday life. Whether you join live or via replay, you’ll leave feeling grounded, renewed, and more in rhythm with the world around you. 🕯️ Monthly class (live + 14-day replay) 🪷 Suitable for all — no prior experience needed 🌙 Bring a notebook, a favourite drink, and an open heart ________________________________________ Living with the Seasons is both a class and a conversation — between body and breath, Earth and Sky, you and the greater cycles that hold us all.
