Service Description
Hands up, fellow book lovers 🙋♀️ And hands up if you’ve ever felt inspired by a book… but struggled to turn that inspiration into lasting change. This isn’t just about reading a book. It’s about taking the insights we gather from the pages and bringing them into our everyday lives in an embodied way — so the wisdom doesn’t stay theoretical, but becomes something we live and practice. Each round follows the rhythm of the season, inviting conversation, embodiment, and practical integration. For this spring cycle, we’ll be working with a book that explores how the energy of our environment influences our mood, mindset, relationships, and even our sense of abundance. Drawing on ancient wisdom, it offers simple, intentional ways to shift stagnant energy and create surroundings that actively support your wellbeing, prosperity, and clarity. Small changes. Tangible impact. This round is designed to feel focused and spacious at the same time. What You’ll Receive • One live extended circle (90 mins, via Zoom) — reflective conversation, practical exploration, and a simple embodied integration practice. • Optional private WhatsApp group — a supportive space to share progress, insights, and reflections between sign-up and our session. • Gentle email way markers — light prompts to help you stay connected to the theme. • Clear, actionable next steps — so the wisdom doesn’t stay on the page. How It Flows Bookings open immediately and close on Spring Equinox, 20 March. The book title will be shared within 48 hours of booking, giving you time to begin reading before we meet. The book is currently available in: • Hardcover (£13.19 on Amazon, other booksellers available) • Kindle (£8.05) • Audio edition (We’ll begin exploring together before the session, but you don’t need to finish the book) Live Circle Wednesday 15 April, 7:30pm (UK) Online via Zoom. During our time together, we’ll explore the key themes, reflect on what steps feel aligned for you, and identify one or two practical changes you’d like to implement. Who It’s For • Those who are drawn to depth and intentional living. • Anyone wanting to feel more calm, aligned, and energised in their surroundings. • People who love learning but want real integration. • Those curious about how ancient wisdom can support modern life. If seasonal living speaks to you, this will feel like a natural extension of that path.
