This series blends the ancient healing art of Qigong with embodied meditation, visualisation, and relaxation to support your emotional and mental landscape from the inside out.
Over four progressive sessions, you’ll explore how the five elements in Traditional Chinese Medicine relate to specific organs and emotional states — learning to move, feel, and release emotion as energy.
Each week includes both active and restorative practices: standing forms, healing sounds, breathwork, mudras, and meditations (seated, standing, and lying down), all designed to gently rebalance your system and cultivate emotional clarity, presence, and resilience.
