Inner Sanctuary – A Restorative Class for Life’s Busyness
When life feels full, noisy, or fast-paced, it becomes even more vital to have a place within you that feels calm, steady, and safe.
This 75 minute class is an invitation to step away from the external rush and return to yourself — to cultivate an inner sanctuary you can revisit whenever you need.
We begin with reflective journaling, nervous system-calming breathwork, and a simple mudra (hand gesture) to support inner stillness. The heart of the class is a deeply restorative Yoga Nidra practice — a lying down guided meditation designed to help you visualise and create your personal place of refuge and peace.
This isn’t just a one-time experience, my intention is that it is something to carry into your daily life. By returning to the recording regularly, you can begin to form a felt sense of this sanctuary within you.
Over time, it becomes easier to access that inner space, whether you're in the middle of a busy day, feeling overwhelmed, or simply needing a moment of quiet.
