Closing Out 2025: Reclaiming Agency

As we approach midwinter, this class offers a different way to close the year.

Rather than reviewing achievements or analysing what went well or didn’t, we’ll turn our attention to something more fundamental: your sense of agency and inner authority.
 
Guided by the winter season, this session invites slowing down, listening inward, and reconnecting with what feels true and alive beneath the surface.
 
We’ll explore how the year has shaped you, where old patterns are ready to be released, and how to reclaim choice and self-trust as you enter the winter season.
 
This hour-long class includes brief seated movement to settle the body, followed by mostly written reflection.  You’ll be guided through questions that support honesty, clarity, and a renewed sense of personal ground, without self-judgement or evaluation.
 
This class is suitable for anyone wanting to close the year consciously, reconnect with themselves, and enter the next cycle with greater clarity and self-responsibility.
