There are many reasons we struggle to get a good night’s sleep. Sometimes it’s physical — the body is tense, hormones are shifting, or our nervous system has forgotten how to soften. Other times it’s mental — the mind looping through worries and lists long after the lights go out. And often, it’s emotional or energetic — an undercurrent of stress, loss, or overstimulation that keeps us just slightly on edge. True rest isn’t simply about closing your eyes. It’s about tending to all the layers of yourself that influence how you rest, restore, and replenish. Yoga teaches that we are made up of five interconnected layers — called the koshas — that move from the physical body to the subtle energy and innermost self. When these layers are nourished and in harmony, rest comes more easily. In this five-session journey, you'll be guided through a series of immersive Yoga Nidra sessions, each tailored to address the unique challenges of life, including stress, physical tension, and restless nights. Each session helps to soothe the nervous system, settle the mind, and bring the whole being into a state that naturally invites sleep and renewal. If you’ve been longing for deeper rest, steadier energy, and more peaceful nights, this series offers a compassionate path back to balance — one layer at a time. *This series was originally delivered live in July 2025, and what you’ll receive are the full replays — five sessions, each around 45 minutes long. Each session is completely doable, designed to fit gently into your week and support you in building a nourishing rhythm of rest.
