"Please note: To ensure a personalised experience, you are kindly requested to complete your intake form (available on the booking form) at least one week before your appointment. In my new 45-minute introductory session, we'll take the first steps together toward reclaiming balance and empowerment in your life. Who is this for: This session is designed for those seeking to regain control and find harmony alongside life's demands. Whether you're facing a crossroads and seeking clarity, navigating the complexities of menopause, coping with grief, managing stress and anxiety, or simply yearning for a deeper sense of ease or purpose in your life, this session offers a supportive space to explore and address your unique challenges. Purpose of the Session: You'll choose the one area of your life that you would like to work on and we’ll uncover insights and strategies to help you feel more grounded, resilient, and in control. You will leave feeling empowered to take small, meaningful steps towards a more harmonious life. What's on Offer: • Personalised Attention: Prior to our meeting, you will have the chance to share what's truly on your heart. This ensures our time together is entirely centered around your needs and aspirations. • Movement & Mindfulness: Tailored movement and mindful/breathing practices aimed at fostering emotional release, promoting relaxation, and cultivating a sense of groundedness. These practices will be gentle yet effective, designed to suit your individual needs and preferences. • Empowerment Strategies: Practical strategies and actionable steps to help you create inner harmony. These may include mindset shifts, habit-building techniques, or personalised recommendations based on your goals. • Takeaway Resources: Based on our session, I'll provide you with personalised recommendations for further exploration as well as practices to continue your journey towards inner harmony including a 15-minute daily ritual practice. This personalised practice is designed to help you build on and maintain inner harmony and incorporate mindfulness and intentionality into your daily life. What You Will Walk Away With: It is our inner cultivation that enables us to face life’s challenges. You'll walk away with personalised tools, a renewed sense of clarity and purpose, and a grounded connection to your inner strength.


Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation and Rescheduling: Non-Refundable Fee: Once booked, the session cost is non-refundable. 2. Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your session, please provide at least 48 hours' notice. You will need to rebook your appointment within the next month. 3. Advance Booking & Intake Form: In your booking form you will click a link to download your intake form. Please complete and return this form at least one week before your scheduled session. This allows ample time for me to review your intake form and design a session tailored to your needs. 4. Session Delivery: Platform: The session will be conducted via Zoom. • Desktop: You are not required to download Zoom on a desktop device before joining. • Mobile: If you want to join a meeting from an Android or iOS device, you must download the Zoom mobile app. • You will receive a Zoom link via email once your booking is confirmed. Please ensure you have a stable internet connection, that your device is charged and you have a quiet, comfortable space for our session. 5. Preparation: Pre-Session Guidelines: Please leave at least two hours between eating a meal and our session to ensure you are comfortable. Ensure you are in a quiet and private space to fully benefit from the session. 6.
